Shipping Policy
Placing your Order Once your order is placed and you have received an order confirmation, we are unable to change your order to add or remove items. A new order will have to be placed for additional products; shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your order with a representative during normal business hours by calling 1-888-454-0353. You can only cancel an order prior to shipment. Please be advised, we are unable to apply coupon codes, issue refunds, or extend sales beyond their expiration date once your order has been submitted.

Shipment of Orders Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of order submission (excluding weekends/holidays) and ground shipments are generally delivered within 2-3 business days. Guaranteed expedited shipments must be placed by phone prior to 2 pm CST Monday through Friday to be shipped the same day. Exceptions may apply and our general guidelines regarding shipment of orders are not guaranteed. Please allow additional days for transit during inclement weather conditions and during holidays. Once an order is processed, we are unable to make changes. Any redirect requests to an alternative address of packages already in transit are not guaranteed and will require an additional fee. If you would like to request a redirection and/or have not received your order within 72 hours of delivery, please give us a call at 1-888-454-0353.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We encourage you to track your shipments with the appropriate carriers. Carrier information can be found in your tracking notification email. We also encourage you to sign up for tracking notifications with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Receive free 2-3 day shipping for supplement orders over $69 within the contiguous USA. Ground rate shipping cost is $6.95 for orders below $69. Expedited shipping costs are calculated based on service from our location in Dallas, Texas, to your delivery location ZIP Code (U.S. locations only). A flat rate of $19.95 shipping to HI and AK applies. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your order's weight and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation
Hexa Natural will send you a shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships. The email will include the shipment tracking number, shipment date, and the shipping delivery address. If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date, please contact us to determine the reason for the delay in delivery. (See Delivery Delays, below).

WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS and other conditions beyond the shipping carrier's control may cause a delay in delivery of your order. Contact us if you have any questions regarding current delivery exceptions in your area.

OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY
Here at Hexa Natural, our sincere commitment is to provide you with the very best quality products at the very best price. We offer a replacement product warranty. This means that if you receive a nutritional product that is defective due to our fault, such as a leaking bottle, we are happy to replace the product for you at no charge.
We stand behind our products and we want you to have only the very best. However, the body’s nutrition dynamics are complex and subject to many factors. Although most people receive great benefits, results may vary.
Return & Exchange Policy
We know that everyone has different health needs. If you receive a product that doesn’t meet your wellness goals or “quantum” expectations, please contact us.

No credit will be given on products returned without an RAN (return authorization number). Returns are subject to a 15% processing fee. Third party, food and lifestyle products are final sale.
Any claims depicting wrong items received, defective items, missing items, stolen/missing packages, or items damaged in transit must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date per the tracking number of the shipper. Photos of the package as it was received supporting the claim will be required.

How do I return products?

Step 1: To return an item, you must call us at 1-888-454-0353 within 45 days of the invoice date to request authorization of the return. Instructions will be provided by our returns team via email.
Step 2: After receiving an RAN and returns instructions from our returns team, please return the items to us within 10 business days. Safely secure and package your items. Be sure to include your packing slip with your RAN. Please write your RAN on the outside of your package.
Step 3: Once we have received your items, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.
